// sound familiar?

Most people I talk to are not chasing a redesign for its own sake. They are stuck on one of these.

Changing one sentence means emailing someone

Your website or internal tool is out of date because updating it is not something anyone on your team can actually do. So it stays wrong.

Customers find you and are not reassured

Customers check you out online before they ever call or sign up. A site that looks abandoned costs you leads you never even hear about.

Nobody knows who owns the domain

The person who built it moved on. The hosting renews on someone's old card. You would like that sorted, permanently.

AI Setup and Training

from $499

half a day

You keep hearing what AI can do and you want it doing actual work on your own computer, set up properly and explained without the jargon.

  • A working AI setup on your own machine, installed and configured for you
  • Pointed at the work you actually do, using your own files rather than a demo
  • Taught hands on, at your pace, in plain language
  • A recording of the session, so the bits you forget are still there next week

AI Workflow Assessment

from $1,499

1 day

You suspect AI agents could take work off your team's plate, but you want that tested against how you actually operate before anyone commits to building it.

  • A working session mapping your real workflow, not a generic AI pitch
  • A written plan: what to automate first, what it would take, and what it would cost
  • The fee is credited in full against the build if you go ahead within 30 days
  • No obligation to continue. The session and the written plan are yours either way

Lead Page

from $1,799

first demo in about 1 week

You need something live fast: a credible page with a working enquiry form, nothing more.

  • One well-built page covering who you are, what you offer, and how to get in touch
  • A content editor for your own text and images, so wording changes never wait on me
  • Enquiry form delivered straight to your inbox
  • Mobile and tablet layouts
  • Domain and hosting set up in your name

Business Internal Tool

from $7,399

about 2–3 weeks

A team that needs a real backend: a dashboard, an admin tool, an agentic workflow, or a multi-page site your staff run day to day.

  • A working backend: database, authentication, and the logic your workflow needs
  • Agentic AI wired into the workflow itself, where it actually earns its keep
  • As many pages or views as the tool actually needs
  • Handover session, recorded, so it is still there when staff change

Productive Software

quoted per project

scoped together

A customer-facing product, an app, or a larger system, built end to end or taken over from someone else.

  • Full scoping before any commitment, so the quote reflects the real build
  • Integrations with the systems you already run on
  • Taking over and finishing an existing build
  • The same fixed-quote approach once we have scoped it

// what you actually get

This is the part that usually goes unsaid, so here it is in writing. Every project, every tier.

Everything is in your name

Domain, hosting, content editor and email, all registered to your organisation and on your billing. I get access while I build and hand it back when I am done.

The source code is yours

Handed over in full at the end. No licence, no lock-in. Any developer can pick it up after me.

You can edit it yourself

Text and images change through a plain editor. No code, no invoice, no waiting on me.

Fixed price, agreed first

You get a number before work starts and that is the number you pay. If the scope changes, we agree the change before I build it.

Fast on a phone

Most of your visitors are on a phone, often on mobile data. The site is built to load quickly there, not just on my desk.

30 days of fixes included

Anything broken in the first month after launch, I fix. No charge, no argument about whose fault it was.

// how it works

4 steps, no surprises in the middle. You will know what is happening at every point.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

    (free)

    You tell me what your business does and what is not working. I ask what your workflow actually needs. No obligation at the end of it.

  2. 02

    A written fixed quote

    (within 2 business days)

    One page: what I will build, what it costs, when it is live. If it is not right, say so and I will adjust it before anyone commits.

  3. 03

    I build it

    (1–3 weeks)

    You see a working link early and again partway through, so nothing lands as a surprise at the end. Feedback rounds are part of the price.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

    (1 day)

    It goes live, all accounts transfer into your name, and I walk your team through editing it, recorded so new staff can watch it later.

// recent work

Written from the client's side of the table: what was wrong, what got built, and what changed once it shipped.

Disability / aged care

A community services provider

the problem
An ageing site that staff could not update, in a sector where families check you online before they ever pick up the phone.
what I built
A new marketing site with CMS-managed content, a contact and referral flow, and a complete transfer of domain, hosting and email into the client's own accounts.
where it landed
The client's own team now edits the site directly, and owns every account it runs on.

Named case study publishing shortly, with the client's permission.

Allied health / disability

An assistive technology provider

the problem
Occupational therapists had no fast way to search the product catalogue and show options to a client during a consultation.
what I built
A full-stack catalogue and search tool built with the client's team, delivered with complete source code and handed over to their internal IT staff.
where it landed
OTs present products live in consultations, and the client's own IT team maintains the system.

Client name available on request.

// questions people actually ask

How long does it take?

Half a day for an AI setup session, about a week to a first demo for a Lead Page, a single day for a workflow assessment, and two to three weeks for something with a real backend, counted from when you have given me your content. The slow part is almost never the building. It is waiting on copy and photos, so I tell you exactly what I need up front.

What do I need to prepare?

A short description of your business, any content or photos you are happy to use, and, if there is a form involved, what it should collect. If you do not have written copy, I will draft it from our call and you correct it.

Who owns the domain and the accounts?

You do. They are registered in your organisation's name and billed to you from day one. I hold access only while I am building, and hand it over at launch. You never need my permission to move away.

What if I want to change something later?

Text and images you change yourself through the editor. That is included, and it is the point. If you want new pages or new functionality later, that is a small fixed quote, not a retainer you are locked into.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Usually yes. Send me whatever you have access to and I will tell you honestly whether finishing it or restarting is cheaper for you. Sometimes the honest answer is restart, and I will say so.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

They hand you the tools and leave the work with you. If a template genuinely does the job and you have the evenings to spare, use one, and I will tell you so rather than sell you something you do not need. What most people actually want is someone professional to hand it to: you describe the idea and what it should do, I catch that and turn it into a real product, and your head stays free for the work only you can do. The moment it has to do something a template cannot, or you want it owned outright instead of rented monthly forever, a builder was never going to get you there anyway.

// get a fixed-price quote

Tell me roughly what you need. I reply within two business days with either a quote or a question, and if it is not something I should be taking on, I will say that instead.

Only the starred fields are required. The rest just let me quote properly first time.
